Approach
Noticing movement & moments as they naturally unfold. This is the most authentic way for me to tell your story. It allows me to step back, giving you the space to be yourselves, while I film the essence. Noticing subtle moments, looks, people, emotions, all the details that others might overlook on the day
Connection
Booking with me will feel intentional and personal. Building a connection together is a key element to crafting your story and a huge part of this whole journey. I value making an effort in understanding the little things that make your connection unique. So I can tell YOUR story. Not a copy and paste moment.
Emotions
For me, filmmaking isn’t just about filming aesthetic visuals. Evoking the genuine emotions felt on the day is one of my main goals and specialties. Creating films with an intimacy that feels like a memory. Imagine watching your films and thinking to yourselves “That’s exactly how the day felt” or being surprised I have notcied details you didn’t even realise were being filmed. I want to hand-craft a film that is a comfortable reminder of what matters most to you.
Safety
As a queer inclusive filmmaker, I want to reassure you that this is a safe space. Where all love and people are celebrated and represented. I have intentionally built this space for people who don’t necessarily see themselves in mainstream wedding media. I’ts important to me that you feel safe and seen.
NOTE: Your safety and comfort are important to me. If needed, every couple has the option to choose if their films remain completely private and off social media.
